Where IS Wally's Setup?

I have Wally chosen for my Desktop display. I found it in applications. It is running but I see  no way to setup what it displays. Looked in KCC under Appearance. Tried left and right clicking it in the apps menu. So what am I missing? Beta 2 KDE4

Ya got to right click on your desktop, View folder activities, Type - > Select Wally Plugin.
Then you start wally from the graphic menu.
Right click on the square icon in the system tray and select settings.
Then say you select Picasa
Next you click the little green plus button on the right
A pop up box will open and you can type something like Space
The click OK
Right click on the square icon again and select play.

And there in lies the problem. I know how to get Wally up and running but when I right click Wally I do not get a "Settings" selection. I get: "Remove This Icon", "Panel Options", and "Icon Settings" only. Nothing in those to help me setup Wally. I thought maybe I was missing something obvious. Left clicking tells me Wally is running. Maybe I need to un-install and start over. Thank you for responding.

Tried a complete un-install and reinstall. No change,
