<Solved> Firefox OSD
« on: March 22, 2010, 06:38:59 PM »
Not sure if it was in PCLOS 2010 beta 1 but in beta 2 firefox has an on screen display that reflects download completion? How do I turn this off? Please

I did a search through the forum and didn't find anything

You can turn that off using a hidden setting. Enter about:config  in the location bar.
Search for the preference
browser.download.manager.showAlertOnComplete.
Modify the value to false

Thanks to everyone who donates. You keep the servers running.
