« on: March 19, 2010, 12:10:23 AM »
Am running a

Machine 1
AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2800+ (1.6Ghz)
2 Gb Memory
250 Gig sata3 hard drive
GeForce2 Ti Video
PCLOS Beta2

Machine2
AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2600+ (1.6Ghz)
2 Gb Memory
200 Gig sata3 hard drive
GeForce 6100 Video
PCLOS Beta2

Machine3
Mobile AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3400+ (1.8Ghz) Acer 3100 Laptop
4 Gb Memory
250 Gig sata3 hard drive
ATI Radeon Xpress-1100 Video
PCLOS Beta2

The only thing common to these machines are they are all AMD's and running PCLOS2010 beta2

Here are some issues I am noticing with Beta2.  These following items are happen on 3 different machines.

1.  Have set the system to auto login for the only user. It ask for the username and password each time you login.  Yes I did check to make sure start with empty session was selected.

2.  Shortcut keys do not seem to be working. I have tried to set the "Print Screen" for Ksnapshot and it does not work. Or for does that matter setting a shortcut key for any program.

3. Tried to add a folder to the Start Menu with in the menu editor.  I added a program into that file. Made sure to click on "SAVE"  Great the folder and file shows in the menu editor. Restarted desktop and went to the Start Menu, but there is no trace of the new folder or the file that was added. Went back to the menu editor and low and behold there was the folder and file. Tried a cold reboot and no success, still not folder or file in the Start Menu.

4. When the system boots into KDE4 it always wants to start in Desktop 2. This is happening to all machines listed above
