Please press <Enter> (or <CTRL><j>) once the medium is removed.

The enter key is an obvious choice. But why Control + J ? Of all the keys and combinations, I am at a loss why this was chosen..

 ??? - Just wondering...

giggle.  i had the same question, too, but that was after my first install seemed to have borked my harddisk.  i used an old 2007 PCL LiveCD and was able to install it successfully and then tried the Beta 1 again.  Phew!  By the time i got to the Ctl J sequence i was happy to use it and was up and running the Beta 1 in no time.  It was pretty scary for a while.  i just figured it was "Just in time" for "Junior installers".

Have a great evening!  :)
