They are in the "new" pclos/2010 repositories (for KDE4.4). If you are still using KDE3.5.10 they are not available.
Never too old to learn.

I'm using KDE3 so I'll have to risk getting it from somewhere other than a repo.

How best to do this? Uninstall FF 3.5 and install 3.6 from CD/internet?

The best way is not to bother, as 3.6 has no compelling advantages over 3.5.

If you feel you really need it, either download the PCLOS 2010 beta 1 and install it, or wait a bit for the 2010 final release and install that.

Any other path and you forfeit any chance of good support here.

Oh yes it has - 3.5 (at least on this machine) does not allow me to bookmark a site, so the only option I have is to re-install 3.5 and hope for the best!

I've only just got 2009 working more or less as I want it. i have the 2010 live CD, but I don't think I like it too much.

Youcantoo's repo is "frozen" to allow users who want to carry on using 2009.2 but it has no updates on it (no 2009.2 repo have been updated for a few months now)

If people install 2009.x from scratch they can use Youcantoo's frozen repo to update the packages BUT the users systems will only be updated to when the repo was last updated, i.e.. a few months ago

Its too much to ask of Tex and the gang to try and run 2 distro's which have different core desktops and packages AND support 2 different user groups
PCLinuxOS 32bit KDE 4.10.1; kernel-3.4.11-pclos1.bfs & 64bit 3.2.18bfs; NVidia GeForce 8400GS 1GB 310.19 driver

I'm not absolutely set on 3.6, the version I have (3.5) will do if only it worked. I'm reluctant to uninstall it and reinstall as it may damage the system. My PCLOS is very fragile - every time I switch it on, something new has broken!

Yes, quite. Understood. Then let's leave it until the final 2010 update is out.
