I had recorded a tv show lasting about 2 hours with ComproPVR software on my WindowsXP installation. The output was a single file of 3.90 GB with .mpg extension. However on playing with VLC, for the initial 1 hour seeking along the timeline worked fine but after that it just went on showing some 2 min remaining or so always skipping ahead in the time display but the video worked fine. I could not however seek properly at all.
I just want to fix the seek aspect. Recommend any software for doing this?
