Boxee Install
« on: March 09, 2010, 03:50:58 AM »
I am aware there is a topic requesting an official install package for boxee but I am wondering if anyone has had any success getting this program to work in pclos. I've read on some other forums that people have converted the .deb package with alien into an rpm and have got it working. There is even a fedora package download available. I've been able to get an older version to install and partially work but it doesn't have support for netflix and the current version does. Anyone have any suggestions on getting this or netflix to work in pclos?

I would be curios to know how they got netflix to work...

I was under the impression that it used a version of silverlight with DRM that was not going to be ported to the moonlight project, hence no future for netflix in linux.  ???
