KGmailnotifier problem looking at wrong account

Has anybody seen this?

I have KGmailNotifier installed and have it set to monitor my gmail
account. I set up another gmail account from my
computer.

Now KGmailNotifier is watching that account instead. It is not set to
watch that account. Some how it knows all the right information. I
checked my settings and there is only one account setup and that one
is the old one not the new one.

I closed the browser and I shut off kgmailnotifier. Started them both
again and it stills looks at the other account. I know it is looking
at the other because it says I have new mail. I do in the new
account but not in the old account.

There is no help documentation for kgmailnotifier.

I have uninstalled kgmailnotifier, deleted all config files I could find deleted all my cookies out of my browser. I reinstalled kgmailnotifier. Still the app is looking at the wrong account.  

Where are all the places that would have configuration info on kgmailnotifier? All I could find was /home/user/.kde/share/config/kgmailnotifierrc

This is bugging me.

Just a hunch but have you logged into GMail itself and checked the Settings (it may of "kept" your old account settings and not "released" them to KGmailNotifier.)

I don't use the KGmailNotifier myself so this may not be very helpful,  (useless in fact  ) but thought I'd post it just in case it helps........

I appreciate the effort but I have no clue what you are talking about. Do you want to try to explain what you wrote? You are right, at this point it is completely useless.

I was simply saying it may be worthwhile opening your browser and going to your Googlemail account and checking your settings but obviously this isn't the way KGmailNotifier is setup.

Kgmailnotifier is a KDE app and your tell it what account to watch from inside the app. This is why this is bugging me because there is no reason for it to be looking at the other account and I have no idea how it could be doing that.

Does any body know where kgmailnotifier could be getting this information?

Ahh!  So its not specifically for getting mail from a GMail account.

No, It is just to tell you when you have mail in the account you set it up to watch. That is why this is so weird.

Strange naming it GMailnotifier - I'd of assumed it was just for Google's GMail

It only works with gmail accounts. My problem is it's looking at the wrong gmail account.
