Calibre traceback issue [SOLVED - needscalibre update]
« on: February 23, 2010, 05:41:18 AM »
Have just installed Calibre, but when I try to access a number of functions the following error message comes up (below). Am fully updated etc. Anyone have any ideas how to stop this coming up all the time and limiting what I can do within Calibre?

Code: [Select]
argument 1 of QAbstractItemModel.createIndex() has an invalid type
Detailed traceback:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/calibre/gui2/dialogs/scheduler.py", line 189, in parent
    return self.createIndex(index.internalId(), 0, -1)
TypeError: argument 1 of QAbstractItemModel.createIndex() has an invalid type

See :-

It seems that the version of calibre in the repos needs to be updated to 0.6

Cheers,

blarney - well spotted - I was searching the calibre forum for ages, and assumed that it must be something to do with the specific set-up in pclos. Will wait and see what version is in pclos 2010 before requesting anything.

Thanks for your help!!!
