change folder look

kde 4.3

where do i insert this png to make a system wide change to all folders?
all i want to change is the folders



The best way to save face is keep the bottom half shut.

In Dolphin choose "EDIT" and select "PROPERTIES"  Click on the folder icon and than select "OTHER ICONS" and select "BROWSE"  select the ico you want to use and than press "OK"

EDIT: oops that doesn't change them system wide, sorry

Log out and log back in after You change it.
