Hello:
I would like to utilize my laptop for Ham Radio and I have the needed USB to Serial Cable on hand but I cannot figure out how to configure it for a specific COM port.
Windows will allow editing in Device Manager, how do I do this same thing in PC Linux 9.2
The hardware needs to be configured for COM3 or COM4.
