Firefox Menus (SOLVED)
« on: February 09, 2010, 09:34:03 AM »
Whatever I do in Firefox Edit>Preferences>Content>Fonts & Colours, the typeface in the drop-down
menus is always twice as large as it ought to be. There also enormous differences in typeface sizes on
web pages which I have to correct with Ctrl- +. What am I doing wrong?

I had this problem too until I adjusted my screen resolution.  Couldn't find my resolution initially in the list so had it set slightly higher and had the problem described.  Once I set it to the manufacter's suggested settings however, have not had the problem.  Did it on both my systems.

My screen resolution's OK. I managed to fix it:

It's a system setting:   System>Appearance & Themes  you can set all the different typefonts and their sizes there.

  Thanks.

   It's Kde v3.

   Solved now - system settings.

   Thanks.
