[solved] LXDE login problem
« on: February 14, 2010, 04:16:19 AM »
Hello,

I'm trying LXDE and have the following prob. When I start the machine, I get the following screen:
http://infinito.gmxhome.de/LXDE.JPG
I then hit ctrl-alt-bckspace and then it logs in automatically as wished. But why does it halt there? How can I avoid it?

Thanks in advance

At the login screen double check which session is chosen.

Thank you, brothers in Linux :)

The autologin settings did the trick. It was set to default and I set it to LXDE. Now it boots like a charm.

But why was it not working? I just installed LXDE, made an update and booted... Mabe because I installed a KDE app (Krusader)?
