OK you know that there is newer kernel available for PCLinuxOS users?
Its 2.6.27.31.tex5 its installable via synaptic and it runs great on my 3 laptops here... Dont uninstall the default one. Install the 2.6.27.31.tex5 via synaptic and choose it in grub while booting... It may be a stop for the freezups... If not wait till early february (I think) and download 2010 iso... It will be all latest and greatest... There are leaks on the forum about seriously new kernel and xorgs and stuff so...
Report back with new kernel.
