How do i run e2fsck file check on kde4? Solved, thanks.

Took the plunge and updated my main desktop and laptop to KDE4, so far so good. Very nice! :) But just wondering, how i go about doing a e2fsck check now? The PCLinuxOS 2009.2 Live CD would no longer be able to be used to my way of thinking, as its kde3.5. Am i correct on this? By the way Tex, kde-rasterblaster solved the plasma crash on both my setups. Thanks. :) Both the laptop and desktop would just lock up completely and i had to turn off the machines by holding down the power button, but all good now.
Thanks, Wayne.

No.

The liveCD will check the FileSystem on the partition ....... doesn't matter what files it contains.

Thanks for clarification on that JohnBoy, appreciated. No problems at present but am sure to need it down the track! :)
