[SOLVED] Digital Clock Format LXDE

While playing around with adding/removing apps from the panel I accidently removed the digital clock. When I added it back to the panel it came back in a 24 hour time fromat (1:00pm =13:00). When I right click andchoose digital clock settings, it has boxes for "Clock Format" and "Tooltip Format."

I've searched the forum, but cannot find the code for the clock format. Any help would be appreciated.

[SOLVED] booted the live CD and copied format codes to a flash drive, clock  is back to normal.

Clock Format: %I:%M:%S

Tooltip Format: %A %x

Another way to correct for something like the removal of the clock is to reinstall lxpanel. The correct format wil be applied, too.

Just change the setting from :

Clock Format: %I:%M:%S

to

Clock Format: %H:%M:%S

Thank you for that, Peter C - I was about to ask just that question. Most of us here in the UK use the 24hour format and although I've tried setting it to that in GDM it defaults every time to Auto which it seems to understand as 12 hour! Odd. Anyway, that's sorted it.
