MiniMe not available?
« on: December 13, 2009, 11:30:58 AM »
Why does it say MiniMe 2009.2 is not available?  >:(  I was hoping to snag a copy to salt away before the KDE4 version hit the street.

Anybody know why it was removed? Does this mean a KDE4 version is right around the corner? I was planning to install a fresh copy of mini and upgrade it the KDE4 on a spare partition just to see how it runs on my underpowered setup. I have a full 09 there now with 4 and my hardware barely keeps up with it. Thought a pretty basic mini might do a litle better for playing-around purposes.

MiniMe-2009.2 was removed because of an issue with booting.

MiniMe-2009.1 is still available.

Thanks...  Downloading now.  .1 vs .2, but I can live with that.

OK, so MiniMe-2009.2 is not currently available, but it's been on the KDE MiniMe Desktop page for about six weeks now, marked "Currently Not Available."  Is it going to be reissued?

Andy,
It's 2010 now, so probably not.
