That abbreviation somehow is hard to hold on ... it looked like the A or O or even the U dropped off along the way. I ain't even gonna make the list; never mind the E.

Even when you say it,, sounds like a "D" instead of a "T". ;) LOL

There are certain dates that remain forever embedded in one's memory. They are usually days marked with happiness, sadness, ecstasy, exhilaration, inspiration, sorrow, regret, excitement, rapture, lament or just plain stupidity.  :P

Tomorrow will be the 4th anniversary of my install of PCLinuxOS and my first experience with Linux. I believe I could apply each of the markers to my experiences of the past four years. The deciding factor of how I felt was usually determined by what was going on in the Sandbox at the time.

Happiness in Sandbox   = meme happy
Sorrow in Sandbox        =  meme sad
Stupidity in Sandbox     =  well you get the idea

Several months ago I was cleaning out files and folders.  I am sure most everyone knows what a job that is. Where does this go?  Do I still want that? Better keep this...just in case. I usually end up with a bigger mess. Anything that doesn't have a place goes into the Miscellaneous Folder.

I was rereading some text files that made me laugh and get nostalgic.  The files were some of the poems I had written and posted in the forum for the past few years. I thought of the situations that went with them and of the members that inspired the rhyme.  I have never posted a rhyme in the forum just for the sake of posting a rhyme. Something or somebody always triggered me.  I just can't throw away those files as the memories are too precious.

I decided to put all the rhymes I could find into a pfd so that I could have them and read them years from now when Forum Days are over.  :'(

I have put them in my Drop Box if anyone would like to have. You might find your name in some of them.   :o

There is a 5th dimension, beyond that which is known to man.It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity, between science& superstition,& it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call PCLINUXOS!

You've forgotten our shared Amazone CloudDrive ... that's OK. I still got all your files there and a backup on my removable drive ... neatly labelled and organized ... not like you! ;)

I will also download the files from your Dropbox. M, I'm sure you know that even if it's not everyday that we exchange pleasantries, jokes, rhymes, or even a Hello, you are an integral person in my life because we've touched each other in a way that is beyond the corporal existence of two individuals.

Wherever you are, whatever you do, whoever you become, know that you are ms_meme to many of us in here.

Peace and much respect,
Archie

Thanks longtom, joechimp and weirdwolf.  I do believe you all were the inspiration of a few of my rhymes.  ;D

Archie, it goes without saying that what you say does not need saying.  But I thank you for saying it anyway.  :P

I am always up to something, but lately just not feeling up to doing it as fast as I used to. Being the busy blogger right now.  ;D
When you run out of ideas for one place, you just go elsewhere and recycle your stuff.  And if I calculate correctly, in a few years I will have spread my poems of rhyme and reason across the whole internet.  ::)

Ms_meme I've passed you by a while,
your thread seemed ever far too long.
I clicked on it and had to smile,
revealed was such a lively song.

I'll keep my intro  short and sweet,
this thread should be for you to shine.
It is with joy for me, we meet,
I drink your words like sparkling wine.

Keith,

It's 3 AM in the morning here and folks are trying to sleep   >:(
Then into the Neighborhood I hear Keith a trying to creep

Thinks ms_meme won't hear him as he snoops around the place
Thinks he'll get by without leaving a trace

ms_meme can smell a rhyme she has that poetic sense
She hates to inform Keith but his poem doesn't make much sense  ;D

Roaming around in the middle of the night is sign of............I don't know what. When you reach a certain age your days and nights get all mixed up.   :'(

That's why I like it, because there is no way on earth I can sing the original.

This one, I can.
