Texstar patched the filemanager so it works without being shown in the menu.
efm isn't very user friendly but we wanted it to be loaded to have the files plugin for 'Run everything' working
and to have icons and files on the desktop.
The places gadget allows us to use a filemanager of choice.

PS if you want to check out efm you can open a folder in efm from the run everything gadget (Alt + Esc)

thanks for the info smurf. I certainly understand the decision. I just think it's nice to see the effort put in to make a cohesive theme. which would include folder icons  I've seen nicer folder icons in Agust's themes than just about anywhere. so I like to take a peek once in awhile.

I would like to explain, why this theme and the name of this theme.
This theme is called "PCLinuxOS" , I hope there is no problem with the name  .
It will be a theme, blue, like the web of this distro very nice on the eyes and very easy to use, since the GTK theme is available in Synaptic.
The wallpaper I've made in format .edj , therefore the central logo should look good in almost all resolutions.
