If you or someone wants to make a theme and you have a problem I will try to help, but telling someone how to do things is not my style.
Anyway to make a e17Theme or .edj Wallpapers , animated wallpapers etc. .. is very easy,

Ok , theme "Baroque"  finished, for now!  .

This theme is still missing some parts of the theme, but can be used without any problem, the missing parts of the theme, Enlightenment uses the default theme, in this case the use of B & W theme.
Since the last update of this theme, I added, Clock, wallpaper, Shelf and bars.
Logically theme is a very ornate, Baroque = Ornate, I classify this theme collector.

Buttons Close, Min and Max, are in this way.
Close , mouse in the corner to the upper right.
Maximize , mouse in the top corner to the left.
Minnimize , mouse in the bottom corner to the left.

Memod , autor wallpaper original.
