It's your theme Agust, i love it i never even noticed there are no borders aside cause i always use the corners to resize.

Agust can you add left and right windowborders to the windows in the imperial theme?

On this theme noooo!!! , would be a sin  , I like without borders the sides.
I've only made a few themes with borders on the sides and do not like.
'm Really sorry you do not like the theme, but to me it seems a simply wonderful theme.
Gnome is Gnome , Kde is Kde , Enlightenment is different  .

But is there a possibility / configuration to activate them / make them visible....?
I would appreciate it very much (maybe I won't use them at all, but I want to test it at least - or have the possibility to; if it isn't possible, I want to know it too...  )

Well download is theme (borders to the sides)  :
http://exchange.enlightenment.org/theme/show/2373

Click in file , open file with edje_convert , now simply select theme.

But there is no separate configuration for it somewhere in e17 (except for the themes?)

In E17 You can change everything (Letters , LettersColors , Colors , Borders ,  Modules etc.....) , except what does not exist.
If I do not think the edges of both sides, logically you can not change that configuration, simply does not exist.
But ,  from the themes manager, "advanced tab" , if you can put whatever you want from a theme to another  .
Example , a theme without borders to the sides, choose a theme based on theme that has borders to the sides, easy.
Is E17  .

Is the time right to make a brighter, mokka, snowy, elegant theme?

+1 coffeetime! I guess it's my old eyes because I get dizzy reading white text on dark backgrounds. Don't get me wrong artists, the dark themes are truly beautiful. I would also like to see icons with lots of color, don't care much for the monochromes.
