Oracle Xe database

Can anyone install, configure and run, and describe how to do database work on PcLos?
I'm trying configure oracle, reading about how to install and configure it, and i can't start it.
Maybe one tip what should i do ;)?

Hmmm sorry mate... No idea how to help you but hang on tight and someone will help you out or point you to a right direction.

Joble maybe... I think he was working with oracle BUT I am not sure about it..

I use Oracle at work, but that's a lot different from installing it.  It does look interesting though!  I might try it someday, when I have time.
