Problem with previews sound and .flv in konqueror

OK about a month ago after an update i could no longer hover my mouse over a file .flv and get sound ,but the other video files work

However after the last big update I lost the ability to hear sound off any media files vid or audio and i look in the forums for any clues and found these three topics post

topic 1 where you would delete the kdeglobals file made me think every time i updated the kde anything thats when the fun happens.  Also i don't know where that file is

I did follow the steps topics 2 and three to no avail i see the images but i don't hear the sound

you mean like this-->topic1

OK this is still an issue so far im trying not to be a pain. It has been over 45 days can anybody have a clue ..So far all the media files including MP3  will not preview as in sound

thanks for the info on the links i notice that happens a lot in the past.  was there a bug or something in the forum . Because now when i post a link it seem to go directly to the thread

Nope, a bug in your links.

Look at the links in your original post, and those in coffeetime's quote to see the difference, after I fixed yours. Your links originally left out the /forum after pclinuxos.com and before /index.php. They work now.
