I'm not sure to understand: downloaded, burn it at slow speed and boot it?  what is the problem?  could you please post your system specs?

I have Phoenix installed and working, just a user but I will help if I can.

This is the best implementation of XFCE I have ever seen. Beautiful! It's got candy without the bloat. And the feature I absolutely love and haven't seen before is the Tweak hidden settings tool, what a great idea!

Thanks so much for your work.

Cheers!

this is the full and final iso ... if i have missed any vital apps or anything ... then please add them to the suggestions for next version ...

If I may - just for a bit of clarification - you mention that this is the final iso but the name of the iso is pclinuxos-phoenix-beta1a

Just a tad confusing to me  ???

Hi menotu,
this thread (full and final iso) is from Sept.14, 2009. What Kori referred to is the new upcoming phoenix (based on the upcoming 2010 release) a first beta of which is available now.
regards,
-p.
