Can you do me a favor and try to make a video.  Tell me if it works, without anything extra?  I think it's a menu uption under File.

EDIT:
Well, I tested the capture movie feature and it gave the same result, with and without libtheora installed.  A 3.3K file, no matter how long I let it run.  I guess it's not working yet, so as soon as I get the menu working in kde4, I'm sending it in.

I got a menu entry in kde4.  I hate sending something up that I am not 100% happy with, but I think it's the best my talent and knowledge can accomplish at the moment.  I look forward to any improvements Texstar makes in the final "Approved" version.  I will learn, from the magic man himself, I hope.

Thx Neal, really, for testing this out.

I can't believe you didn't reply to my little dig (underhanded compliment).  Oh well I guess a little sarcasm goes unnoticed from time to time.

This belongs to Tex now.  I hope I get at least a C+.  Maybe I will get a C++?
