libopenal 1.8.466

hi,
i packaged opanal 1.8.466 version, because i needd it for alien arena 2009 :)

can someone please check the srpm because i'm not sure about the devel part??

the bin lib part works.

Have you sent openal to contribs yet?  I'm making progress and Tex is going to need it when/if I send my next project up.
