thanks to the compile fix in this section I was able to not only compile and install 2.6.31.6, but everything ran fine hardware wise except for one item...........Nvidia GeForce7050/630i onboard video.....drivers failed to either setup in X or just bork during install on this kernel..............searching through threads on google, found a suse post that suggested this odd numbered Nvidia driver on the Nvidia.com site should work

being that DKMS borks on the new test kernel, the only other option was to download a stock kernel........suggest try this first if you are having the same issues testing newer kernels.........wonder if Tex needs to take note for new PCLOS releases???
