Konqueror not refreshing

(I swear I did a google search but came up with nothing)
Since yesterday, Konqueror is not refreshing when used as a file manager.
I have to manually refresh to see the changes in a directory.
Any help?

EDIT:
The problem went away after 4 0r 5 days. Don't know how. Will never know why.
You can remove this post, as it contains nothing useful.

EDIT2:
The problem came back after a few days. Don't know how.
If someone has any hint, it'll be welcome.

it is important to also mention a version of kde in use since some people use kde3 aand others kde4.

if kde4, then it is a bug in kde that shows up when linux kernel 2.6.31 and up is in use. The bug is already fixed and the problem should go away with the next release of pclinuxos. If u cant wait then use an older kernel
