Reset cmos in My toshiba

When I restart my toshiba This clears the cmos memory, This has happened to someone?

Cuando reinicio mi toshiba, esta borra la memoria cmos, Esto a alguien le ha pasado?

I'd suggest the same thing. The battery being dead. Other options along those lines are also valid... the connector being loose, the wire being cut/disjointed, etc

Lo primero a revisar es la batería, dependiendo de la edad de la Toshiba puede ser que haya llegado al final de su vida util, me ha pasado muchas veces con compus de escritorio.

¿Os referís a la batería principal?

No sé las peculiaridades de los Toshiba, pero a mí me suena a que sería la pequeña pila de botón que suele haber en cada ordenador, la que mantiene fecha, hora y configuración de la BIOS. En ese caso tanto da que la batería principal esté sana o no. Otras dos posibilidades que -extrañamente- pueden hacer que la CMOS se borre:

¿Si apagas y reinicias estando permanentemente conectado a la alimentación deja de ocurrir?. Entonces puede haber algún componente defectuoso (un estabilizador, un condensador...), porquería acumulada...

¿Los voltajes están bien?. También puede ser un problema de la fuente de alimentación.
