If you send me your email, I will send the src.rpm. I patched it to improve abcm2ps exporting and print preview (fixed the margin).

I am currently stumped as to why I can change languages and you cannot. I wonder if I have installed something that should be listed as a dependency in the spec file, but isn't. If you can compare everything you had to install with the spec file, maybe we can find something I missed.

I have just submitted a fixed version. For some yet unknown reason %install installs the language files but then deletes them. So, I have manually added them back in the spec file. I also changed the default print preview to use abcm2ps, which is listed as a dependency, instead of lilypond which is not. Lilypond is still and option and is included in the repos for anyone that wants to use it.

I'm glad to help. I should warn you that I'm a newbie when it comes to packaging. This is only my third attempt. If you find any errors in the translations and you would like to help, I will gladly include your suggestions. I only speak English :o  ;D

I installed it and played around with it a little.
As someone reported before, I inserted C major (I don't have a clue concerning music notation) and when I tried to undo it:
Code: [Select]
An internal error happened somewhere.
The message is:
"createUndoElement:: internal error"
Error Code is: 13
The program must be interrupted.

I played around inserting other mysterious stuff and it seemed to work fine. It was fun, like drawing something with your eyes closed.

The developers have stopped all work on this and have moved on to a newly designed program called canorus, but it is far from being usable so far. There are quite a few bugs that can cause the program to crash and probably always will be, unless someone new comes along to clean it up. I packaged it because it is the easiest way to create abc music files. The most promising music notation in linux at the moment is called mscore, but it does not yet do abc music export.
