I want to point out that the administrator of the Dutch forum has posted one for nl at mypclinuxos.com not long ago too.
Dutch version of /usr/share/doc/HTML/index.html

I have no idea what packages theses files belong to, just that they are the first seen after install and it's the first sight (and help) which are the most important.

I answer to myself, having had an opportunity:

$ LC_ALL=C rpm -qf index_fr.html
file /home/guest/index_fr.html is not owned by any package

Can integrate it into which you konqueror.desktop change.

edit /usr/share/applications/kde/konqbrowser.desktop

Hi !

I hadn't thought of that : I have put it in the preferences in Firefox. I'm used to consider Konqueror more for managing the files, although it can do lots of things.

Who would add theses lines in the Konqueror desktop file ?
