After upgrading to KDE4 I was for a couple of months plagued by frequent screen and keyboard lockups. Then I installed the 2.6.32 kernel from testing. And no more lockups.
Feed the trolls!

Am currently using the 2.6.27.31.tex5 kernel so will update to the one you suggested and see if that helps.....

                             I just fought that for the last 2 day's. Last night I shutdown and ran my HDD Diag., It was fine. Next I ran the "Windows Memory Tool", LOL. I had a stick of RAM fail. I checked each stick and replaced the bad one, and now everything is fine again.
