I would think that any packages you would like to take responsibility for maintaining should be added, including any past submissions that are in the repo's.
From what I understand, the purpose of this system was to have a centralized & organized place that people can look for information regarding the the status of packages & packagers.. If I decide I want to move on, the list of packages I was maintaining would be easily identified and hopefully assumed by the community. By the same token, If I wanted to add, update, or make changes to a package it would also give me an opportunity to check if someone else might already be working on the project. It could also possibly become a place that people could look for additional information regarding a package.
Now would probably be a good time to discuss a recommended best practices as to what information would be a good to include in each packages wiki page.. for example;
- Would it be best practices to include the Change log from the spec on the wiki page?
- Is there information other than what is listed above that should go into the package database, such as XDG category, etc?
- Any thing else?
