They should be picking up cats too.  I think animal control is profiling as they always pick up dogs based just on their looks and not what they do, and then let cats just stalk around freely.  It is just a matter of fairness.

The reason they don't pick up cats is simple. They can't catch the darn things. They lay around and sleep all day long then
go roaming around causing mischief all night.  ::)

would like to see someone try and pet my Shakira.. as for calling her dumb, would be a huge mistake.. now if there had been a smiley thrown in with that statement I personally wouldn't have taken it badly.
