Timing?
« on: March 20, 2013, 12:53:03 AM »
Hi to all,
Does anyone know if, when kmail2 it set to pickup emails every 15 seconds, does it work on clock time is next pickup is as 30 seconds then 45 seconds or does work from current time, ie next pickup at 7 seconds then 22  seconds etc ie. relative time?
Many thanks for your thoughts on this matter.

No clue (couldn't see anything in the documents either).

I would expect it to be relative to programme startup (and thus the first retrieval)

Make sense to me - just counting clock ticks.  No reason to try to synchronize with any particular time.
