volume icon missing
« on: March 18, 2013, 09:06:40 AM »
New install of 2013.02 kde.  The volume control is missing on the task bar/panel.  I have searched here for it and no luck.  I have right clicked on the panel still can not find it. Help Please.

Found this. "PS: in case of low or missing speaker volume: click the speaker-icon at the bottom right of the panel, then on "Mixer", and raise the PCM slider"
Only I don't have a speaker icon.

LOL not sure what I did.  But I got it back.  In fact I now have two speaker icons in the system tray.

I have had that. If it disappears try the triangle icon in the system tray to show all (sometimes they hide). Otherwise find kmix in the start menu.
