PDF files with the prefix EN.
« on: March 12, 2013, 01:57:29 PM »
I have Uveitis and found a 56 page on line document "Steroids in Uveitis". Can read this document on line but would like to download and print it out. I can download it but none of my applications will open it. The file is Uveitis EN.pdf. Is this a protected file that cannot be opened?

The EN probably stands for English as µT6 said

If it was .ENpdf then that would be strange

There is a 5th dimension, beyond that which is known to man.It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity, between science& superstition,& it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call PCLINUXOS!

EDIT
I was able to read it in Chromium at the second attempt .....  and then just 'Save As' from the right click menu and it opens in Okular from the saved file.

You have located the correct file. I was able to read it in Firefox while still on line. I down loaded it but when I tried to open it with Okular all I got was what appeared to be HTML. Could not open it with any of the office programs or Calibre.
Is it encrypted?

Right click on the link that Just17 provided and select "Save Link as..."
A new window will pop up that will allow you to save the PDF to a folder of your choice.
