I've used that exercise in seminars maybe a couple dozen times and never happened something like that.

"trust fall fail." looks like the other sister is not playing a prank. I guess "the weight of the other sister" could have pushed her off her feet. I suppose the first thing I thought of was, "She'll fall forward."

It only shows for a fraction of a second, but the look on the face of sister #2 as sister#1 is falling forward
is priceless. Little girls that age are funny. My grand daughters are about that same age and I can clearly
see that same scenario happening with them.   ;D
