If you ate that, chances are good you'd need help to even get out of your house ... for a visit with your cardiologist.  :o :o

As a diabetic... IF I ate that, I might well go into shock and go unconscious.  So no thanks.

Why do people believe that big is good with regard to food?

We seem to be bombarded with Big 'this' and Big 'that', particularly from fast food companies.

It is long past time that consumers began looking for Small 'this' or Small 'that' ......  they just might live a little longer!

"As a diabetic... IF I ate that, I might well go into shock and go unconscious"

you could make 2 or 3 big bites and then you would need medical attention  ;D   :o   ;D

if you can't make quality, make whatever you do in quantity

this particular recipe is just a homemade recipe so no companies involved, just a proof of concept

you can adapt it to your likings and do it in smaller portions, accompanied with a vanilla ice cream
