I could eat 1/4 of that, every second day...
One of the few things I've learnt as growing older.  Is to choose your battles.. but never loose sight of the war..!

I worry more about the carbs then the calories. Even though it has far far more calories then on wants or needs.

i'm not diabetic but i realize that there is so much wrong in that image, the bread, the cheese, the burger itself and the bacon on top

that is why i say that 1/8 of that could be more than enough for me for a week

For me it's the fat. Tears up my stomach.  I can eat pork chops, bacon, sausage, no problem. But if I eat beef
more than once or twice a week, I'm in pain.   It sure looks delicious though!  :o
