PASS renewal reminder

Forgive me if this has been mooted before. Is it possible to email PASS contributors when their access is about to run out (as I'm sure mine is)? It could be worded as a "Thank you for your past contribution, which you made eleven and a half months ago" as opposed to flashing up a warning "PAY UP OR ELSE YOU'RE OUTTA HERE!" Or would that dangerously reduce the number of contributions to merely annual ones?

Edit: or the date I contributed last could be added to my profile.

Not a bad idea. I have done PASS a few times over the years. Actually I mean I've made a small donation to the work of Texstar and all of the PCLOS contributors. Never have have any idea when my years privilege may run out.

I have created a reminder in my Google Calendar.
I will get an email 3 days before expiration.

I'd thought of that.  Problem is, I'll forget to write the reminder in the first place ...
