Hello to everyone!

Hello! Thanks for letting me join! I'm new to Linux, and PCLinuxOS is the first distro I've tried. I'm enjoying it quite a lot so far. Also, I'm currently dual-booting with Windows 7 since I still need it for school-related stuff.

This forum has been of great help to all my questions and doubts. From what I've seen, the people here are very nice and helpful. And well, I know I have a lot to learn about everything, but with time and patience, I hope to learn little by little. I'll keep visiting more often to find out more, to keep up-to-date, or to get some help.  ;)

Edit: I was so excited about PCLinuxOS that I forgot to mention what DE and arch type I was using. I´m running KDE Desktop Environment x32 bit. I´m loving how customizable KDE is. So far, everything is running great and smooth with the new KDE 4.10.1 update. :D Once again, thank you everyone!

Thank you all for such kind and warm welcomes. Also, thanks for the links to the Magazine and Knowledge Base. I´ll be sure to check them all out!

And I just wanted to say that I´ve been running PCLinuxOS for a few days now, and my PC is running great, faster, and cooler than ever. I´m liking it more and more everyday and even refusing to switch back to Windows for a while! Haha. ;D

Hi, and welcome to our little family called (pclos) PCLinuxOS, or crazy house, i forget it every day!

 By any issues, don't forget to tell us, what DE you are using, this is much simpler, and faster for us, to help  :)
DE=Desktop Environment
And maybe the arch type 32, or 64 bit.

And now jump in in the clear water  ;)
