Just set up your firefox to use okular.  Works great.  I like it better than adobe.  Very fast and very stable.

All I can say is that in a fully updated KDE system, the Firefox viewer seems to work just fine with that site - all the PDFs display perfectly and the links work.  Foxit also works fine.
