most recipes using salt requires sugar, some desserts require lots of sugar and a bit of salt
weird how salt and sugar works together under certain situations
the problem is that both are bad for your health in the way those are being used in the food we eat
avoid completely slat and sugar seems to be good, artificial sweeteners are for the moment the best solution but the less you use them, the better
right now i'm using splenda, but as any product out there, there is lots of concerns about it, seems to be basically the same as the popular aspartame
"Over the last decade or so, evidence has emerged proving that both artificial sweeteners aspartame and Splenda may be bad for your health. Though both were created as sugar substitutes and designed to be more healthy than sugar, aspartame and Splenda both have negative side effects that might make you want to stick to sugar, or try to stop eating and drinking sugar-based products altogether. While you can use both aspartame and Splenda in moderation and enjoy them without any of the negative side effects, you should know how each of them affects your body. This will give you the opportunity to decide whether you would like to use one of them or skip them both."
