won't connect to internet for wallpapers

Can't connect  to internet to get new wallpapers with "Plasma Desktop Shell Add-On Installer"
 allow me to say it this way when I right click the mouse on my desktop and go to folder view settings and the go to view , when i go to get new wall papers i get an error message "network error (3)"
   Yes I know I can get online to get wall papers

If it's not working then go to www.kde-look.org and download the wallpapers from there.
Not all wallpapers are located at there but links to another url (site).

Correction: a wallpaper have nothing to do with KDE plasma.

Edit: did a test and did a get a new wallpaper from www.kde-look.org
