devel packages with updated ntfs-3g

The updated package ntfs-3g or deps pulls devel packages in a install.

The devel packages are:

lib64zlib-devel-1.2.7-1pclos2013
lib64uuid-devel-2.18-2pclos2011
libstdc++-devel-4.5.2-4pclos2011
lib64ffi5-devel-3.0.8-1pclos2011
lib64xapian-devel-1.2.6-1pclos2011

this is not a problem of ntfs-3g but another problem with zlib (caused by myself doing a packaging mistake) which will be dealt with later.
