you could clarify that you don't have flash video

check if you installed flash player in synaptic, one of the pictures says you don't have it installed

Use pclinuxos-LXDE-2012.12.iso  . No video  http://ivm1970.snimka.bg/other/pc-linux-os.727655.29569959  http://ivm1970.snimka.bg/other/pc-linux-os.727655.29569960 http://ivm1970.snimka.bg/other/pc-linux-os.727655.29569961 .

You haven't provided enough info to give a useful answer my friend - you need to do your "part" by saying what you've tried so far.

How are you trying to view the videos?  In a browser - if yes, which browser?  Does it need a plugin to be enabled?

When going to one of the links  above it wants a plugin to be enabled - this can be done by clicking on the little triangle to the left of the url address and choose Activate Plugins (not being familiar with the site I didn't try it out)

If trying it in an installed application -  which one?

PCLinuxOS 32bit KDE 4.10.4; kernel-3.4.11-pclos1.bfs & 64bit 3.4.38bfs; NVidia GeForce 8400GS 1GB 310.19 driver

Close your browser, install task-multimedia from Synaptic, try your browser again.
If you still have no flash video, close your browser, install flash-player-plugin11.1 and try again.
Silverlight (Mono) is a nono on Linux.

Good luck,

flash-player-plugin11.1 is replacing the newer flash.
Some video chips/configs are not happy with the latest&gratest.

Flash 11.1 is the one.  I have NVidia geforce 5200 and it had issues with 11.2.  on YouTube vids.
...Thanks for 11.1 in the repos .

You could try also the chrome browser, it has the latest flash build in.
Install from Synaptic: google-chrome-stable
