What version of PCLinuxOS  are you using ?

I`m using PCLinuxOIS Full Monty 2013 and can see it under Application Launcher - Office.

Foxit Reader is 32 bit only software.

Not available yet on 64bit...
But you can use okular, evince, pdfviewer and some others ;)
