Try this:Download this file and copy it (as root) to /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor Make sure the permissions are correct:Code: [Select]-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 501 Feb 28 2011 10-ntfs-3g-policy.fdiThen restart haldaemon (or reboot)See if that fixes it.Terry.

It is on PASS, but if you don't use it, I suppose this comment is not much use ... I have updated this morning and all is (seems?) well.
