Streamtuner2 ?

I read that Streamtuner2 works at times,  which is true for me however  i cannot for the live of me get it to record anything.
curious if just  Streamtuner works any better?  and if so should i delete the Streamtuner2 before i install just Streamtuner.

Streamtuner2 uses streamripper to record.

It is supposed to open a console to show what is happening. The command being

Code: [Select]
xterm -e streamripper %q
That throws the following error here

Code: [Select]
error -6 [SR_ERROR_CANT_RESOLVE_HOSTNAME]

You might be better using streamripper or kstreamripper  .......  ?
